上篇文章，我们讲了三组锚定词的方法——角色锚定、画风锚定、色板锚定，每一页都重复同样的锚定词，只改场景描述。

这篇文章，我们将直接进入实操。将 7 页完整的提示词全部列出来，每一页拆解"我只改了哪几个词、为什么这么改"。

一、先把"不变的部分"定好

在逐页写提示词之前，我们先把三组锚定词写成固定文本。后面每一页直接复制粘贴这三段，不做任何修改。

1. 角色锚定：

一只红色小狐狸，蓬松的白尾巴尖，圆圆的黑眼睛，戴一条蓝色小围巾。

2. 画风锚定：

3. 色板锚定：

限定色板：柔和深蓝、温暖琥珀金、柔和苔绿、象牙白，仅限这四个颜色。

为什么选这四个颜色？因为故事发生在夜晚。深蓝是夜空，贯穿每一页的基调。琥珀金是星星和萤火虫的光，所有"发光的东西"统一用这一个暖色。苔绿是山丘、森林、蘑菇上的苔藓，所有"自然的东西"统一用这一个绿。象牙白是纸张底色，让画面有统一的透气感。四个颜色各管一类元素，场景再怎么变，颜色都不会乱。

二、逐页生成

下面是完整的 7 页提示词。每一页我会标出"这一页的变量"——和上一页相比，只有这些词在变，其他全部一样。

1. 封面

1.1 故事

一只小狐狸站在长满青草的山丘上，抬头望着夜空，天上少了一颗星星。

封面用居中构图，让小狐狸站在画面正中间。封面是读者看到的第一张图，居中构图最有"封面感"。后面的内页会根据场景换其他构图。

2. 第 1 页 — 发现星星不见了

2.1 故事

小狐狸坐在窗前，望着夜空。星星们整整齐齐地挂在天上，但有一个位置是空的。

这一页加了一个环境细节：a small candle glowing on the windowsill（窗台上一根发光的小蜡烛）。蜡烛的光用的是色板里的琥珀金，和后面星星的光是同一个颜色，在配色上形成呼应。场景从室外山丘转到室内窗前，但因为色板锁着，色调不会跳。

3. 第 2 页 — 问猫头鹰

3.1 故事

小狐狸走进森林，遇到了住在老橡树上的猫头鹰。猫头鹰用翅膀指了指东边。

3.2 提示词

这一页出现了第二个角色——猫头鹰。写多角色场景的时候，要把两个角色的位置关系写清楚。standing at the base of a large oak tree looking up at（站在大橡树底部仰望）明确了小狐狸在下面、猫头鹰在上面。如果只写 a fox and an owl in a forest（一只狐狸和一只猫头鹰在森林里），Midjourney 可能会把它们画在同一个平面上，失去故事里"小狐狸仰头问路"的画面感。

猫头鹰不需要角色锚定，因为它只出现一次。只有贯穿全书的角色才需要锚定。

4. 第 3 页 — 穿过蘑菇森林

4.1 故事

小狐狸走进了蘑菇森林。蘑菇比小狐狸还高，每一朵都发着柔柔的光。

4.2 提示词：

• 场景：walking along a mossy path through a forest of tall glowing mushrooms, a few tiny lights floating in the air（沿着长满苔藓的小路，穿过一片高大的发光蘑菇森林，空气中飘着几个小光点）
• 情绪：enchanted and adventurous mood（奇幻而冒险的情绪）
• 镜头：side view full-body shot（侧面全身镜头）

蘑菇森林是整个故事里最奇幻的场景，容易出现元素过多、画面变脏的问题。上篇翻车的蘑菇森林那页就是因为紫色蘑菇、粉色花朵、大量萤火虫全部挤在画面里。这一版做了减法：发光的小光点只写了 a few tiny lights（几个小光点），不是 hundreds of fireflies（成百上千只萤火虫）。元素少了，画面反而更有呼吸感。

镜头用了 side view full-body shot（侧面全身镜头），让小狐狸从左往右走，蘑菇在它上方和两侧，形成"穿过"的动态感。如果用正面镜头，小狐狸面朝读者站着，就没有"在路上"的感觉了。

5. 第 4 页 — 划过萤火虫湖

5,1 故事

蘑菇森林的尽头是一片安静的湖。小狐狸坐在小木船上，一只萤火虫飞到它鼻子前面。

5.2 提示词

5.3 这一页的变量：

• 场景：curled up in a tiny wooden rowing boat on a dark calm lake, one single bright firefly glowing near the fox's nose, the fox reaching out a paw toward it, simple dark water with no reflection（蜷缩在平静暗色湖面上的小木船里，一只明亮的萤火虫在狐狸鼻子旁发光，狐狸伸出一只爪子去够它，简单的深色水面没有倒影）

这一页是整篇文章里反复调整过最多次的一页。第一次写的时候，场景描述里有 hundreds of fireflies（成百上千只萤火虫）、reflection of stars in the water（水面上星星的倒影）、wide shot（远景），结果画面非常杂。萤火虫铺满了画面上半部分，水面倒影让下半部分也很密，小狐狸在远景里变成了一个看不清表情的小点。

最后的版本做了三个减法。第一，萤火虫从一大群减成 one single bright firefly（一只明亮的萤火虫），而且给了它一个具体的位置——near the fox's nose（在狐狸鼻子旁边）。第二，加了 simple dark water with no reflection（简单的深色水面没有倒影），主动禁止 Midjourney 画水面倒影，让画面下半部分保持干净。第三，镜头从 wide shot（远景）改成 side view medium shot（侧面中景），拉近了距离，能看清小狐狸伸爪子去够萤火虫的动作。

一只萤火虫比一百只更有故事感。有时候做减法比加法更有效。

6. 第 5 页 — 找到星星

6.1 故事

小狐狸回到家门口，在花丛里发现了那颗发光的小星星。

6.2 提示词：

这一页是全书的情绪高点——小狐狸找到了星星。镜头从前面几页的中景和全身镜头切到 close-up shot（近景），拉到小狐狸的脸部附近，让读者能看到它的表情。镜头变化在绘本里非常重要，如果每一页都用同样的中景，阅读节奏会很平，像在看监控画面。在关键的情绪节点切近景，相当于电影里的特写镜头，能放大情感。

场景描述里写了 warm light on the fox's happy face（温暖的光照在狐狸快乐的脸上），这不是在描述环境，而是在告诉 Midjourney 光线的方向和角色的表情。星星的光照在狐狸脸上，让画面有一个明确的光源中心，同时 happy face（快乐的脸）提示 Midjourney 画出微笑的表情。

7. 尾页

7.1 故事

小狐狸把星星送回天上，躺在山丘上看着完整的星空，慢慢闭上了眼睛。晚安。

7.2 提示词

• 场景：sleeping peacefully on a grassy hilltop under a complete starry sky, one star glowing slightly brighter than the others（安静地睡在长满青草的山丘上，头顶完整的星空，其中一颗星星比其他的亮一点点）
• 情绪：serene and warm atmosphere（宁静而温暖的氛围）
• 镜头：wide shot（远景）

尾页和封面形成呼应。封面是小狐狸站在山丘上仰望天空，星星缺了一颗；尾页是小狐狸躺在山丘上睡着了，星空完整了。同样的场景，从"缺失"变成"完整"，故事闭合了。

镜头用了 wide shot（远景），把小狐狸缩小，让星空占据画面的大部分。和第 5 页的近景形成反差——上一页是最亲密的距离，这一页拉远了，从一个特写变成一个全景，像电影结尾的镜头慢慢拉远，画面逐渐安静下来。

三、试着写你自己的故事

回顾一下刚才做的事情。整个过程可以概括成五步：

第一步，写故事大纲。 5-8 个场景，每个场景一句话就够。不需要完整的故事文本，只需要知道每一页"画什么"。

第二步，定角色卡。 给主角写一段固定的外貌描述，包含一个辨识特征（围巾、帽子、背包等穿戴物件）。

第三步，定画风和色板。 选一个风格参照、一种绘画媒介、一种纸张质感，再选 3-4 个颜色锁死全书配色。

第四步，把三组锚定词写成固定文本。 后面每一页直接复制粘贴。

第五步，逐页只改场景、情绪、镜头三个变量。 其他全部不动。

下面是两个故事大纲的示范，你可以直接拿去改成自己的版本。

《小兔子学飞》

• 封面：一只戴红色贝雷帽的小兔子站在悬崖边，看着天上的鸟
• 第 1 页：小兔子用树叶做了一对翅膀，绑在手臂上
• 第 2 页：小兔子从小土坡上跳下来，树叶翅膀散架了
• 第 3 页：一只老鹰停在旁边看着它，表情有点好笑
• 第 4 页：老鹰让小兔子站到自己背上，带它飞过了云层
• 第 5 页：小兔子在云层上方看到了夕阳，眼睛亮亮的
• 尾页：小兔子回到地面，捡起散落的树叶，笑着说"明天再试"

角色锚定建议：a small white rabbit with long floppy ears, round pink nose, wearing a red beret（一只白色小兔子，长长的垂耳，圆圆的粉色鼻子，戴一顶红色贝雷帽）

色板建议：limited color palette of sky blue, warm sunset orange, soft meadow green, and cream white only（天蓝、暖夕阳橙、柔和草地绿、奶白，仅限这四个颜色）

《下雨天的猫咪邮递员》

• 封面：一只穿黄色雨衣的灰色猫咪，背着一个鼓鼓的邮包，站在雨中
• 第 1 页：猫咪邮递员从邮局出发，雨刚开始下
• 第 2 页：它把一封信塞进树洞里松鼠的信箱，松鼠从洞口探出头
• 第 3 页：经过一座小桥，桥下的河水涨起来了，猫咪小心翼翼地走过
• 第 4 页：最后一封信要送到山顶的灯塔，猫咪在风雨中往上爬
• 第 5 页：灯塔里的老山羊接过信，递给猫咪一杯热茶
• 尾页：雨停了，猫咪背着空邮包走在回家路上，天边出现了彩虹

角色锚定建议：a small grey cat with green eyes and white paws, wearing a bright yellow raincoat and carrying a brown leather mail bag（一只灰色小猫，绿色眼睛，白色爪子，穿一件亮黄色雨衣，背着一个棕色皮邮包）

色板建议：limited color palette of slate grey, warm yellow, forest green, and soft white only（石板灰、温暖黄、森林绿、柔白，仅限这四个颜色）

四、最后

七页提示词全部列完了。你可能已经注意到，七页之间真正在变的内容很少。角色描述没变，画风没变，色板没变。每一页只改了场景、情绪和镜头这三个变量，加起来也就两三行英文。

这就是锚定词方法的全部要点：用大量重复的固定描述搭建一个框架，让 Midjourney 在这个框架里只处理"这一页发生了什么"这一件事。框架越稳，页面之间的一致性越高。

角色偶尔还是会有一些小差异，比如围巾的系法不太一样，或者耳朵的大小有轻微变化。这是 Midjourney 目前的限制，不可能做到每一页 100% 一致。但三组锚定词能把一致性从"每页都是盲盒"拉到"八九成稳定"，这个差距已经足够让一本绘本看起来像同一个画师画的了。
